Project Overview
The Trafalgar Street heritage restoration project. Coastal Restoration oversaw the project management and supervised site construction throughout the duration of the project. Our experienced crew completed a full inspection of the building and discovered massive water damage. We engineered a plan that fit within budgetary and timeline constraints to repair the damage and restore the building. This project required a fully enclosed building envelope and water damage repairs to the interior and exterior. New window installation, a tie-in membrane and a new roof were also part of this complete building restoration.
